Terms and Conditions
1. Rental period is 3 or 7 days including day of delivery unless otherwise specified on customer invoice.
2. Disposal tonnages included in pricing are listed below unless otherwise specified on customer invoice:
15 yard - 2 tons
17 yard - 2 tons
21 yard - 2 tons
3. Tonnage exceeding the capacity referenced above or specified on your invoice will cost an additional $75.00 per ton.
4. Dumpster Rental Solutions will pick up the dumpster at the end of the agreed upon rental period. Customer may contact Dumpster Rental Solutions to schedule removal in advance of the 3-day or 7-day rental period or request additional days. Customer will be charged $15 or $25 for each additional day depending on initial rental period.
5. Customers who have rented a dumpster for a duration of 7 days or longer have the option to request a swap out for another dumpster during the rental period. Swap outs are not available for dumpster rentals with a duration of less than 7 days. Swap out requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled end of the current rental period and is subject to the availability of alternative dumpsters. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide a suitable replacement, but cannot guarantee availability, especially during peak periods. Customers requesting a swap out may be subject to additional fees, which will be communicated at the time of the request.
6. Fees to move a dumpster after initial delivery will be charged as hourly truck usage including time from the warehouse and back at a rate of $150 an hour, plus fuel.
7. If we are unable to pick the dumpster up for any reason, the customer is responsible for a dry run fee of $150 per attempt.
8. Do not fill dumpster past "Load Fill Line" labeled on dumpster. If filled over this line, a dry run fee of $150 can be charged and customer will need to empty load to correct fill line and schedule a new pickup date.
9. Loading a dumpster over the maximum weight limit may hinder safe hauling. In this event, the customer is responsible for unloading the dumpster until the dumpster is at an acceptable weight for safe hauling. Failure to comply will result in the dumpster being emptied on the service site as well as an additional round-trip haul charge of $150.00.
10. Due to the weight of dirt, rock, concrete, sod, sand, gravel, asphalt, and shingles, rates and tonnage may vary, such changes will be listed on the customer's invoice. Clean fill “flat rate” containers must be only clean fill concrete, dirt, or aggregate. If mixed with trash and/or construction debris, tonnage rates will apply.
11. Dumpster Rental Solutions is not responsible for any damage beyond the curb line. We can place the container wherever dictated by the customer, however cannot be responsible for cracked driveways, broken concrete, water lines, underground tanks, rust spots, damaged fencing or landscaping (including lawns), septic systems, etc. that occurred due to placement of the dumpster whether by the delivery truck or the dumpster itself.
Customer must assure a minimum of 15’ overhead clearance for all power, phone, internet, cable, and any other lines/structures/trees. Customer releases Dumpster Rental Solutions from all claims and damage to property arising out of customer's use, operation, or possession of the dumpster. Company shall not be liable to customer for failure to perform the services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to, strikes, riots, fires, floods, governmental actions, changes in law, weather, traffic, or acts of God.
Customers should mark and advise all drivers of possible hazards prior to delivery. Unless otherwise quoted, our prices include only one hooking and unhooking of a dumpster. Any requests to place a new dumpster in the exact location of a dumpster scheduled to be removed, may result in an additional fee of $40. This action results in a considerable amount of activity on the part of the driver and, at his/her and management’s discretion, this request may be denied. Driver retains the right to deny placement in a requested location based upon safety and/or site considerations.
12. Customer is responsible for payment and display of appropriate permits required by city, county, or township law. If a violation is issued for the absence of appropriate required documentation, the customer's credit card on file will be charged for the amount incurred as a result.
13. Customers are responsible for any damage to the dumpster beyond reasonable wear and tear. When using machinery to load containers, please use extra caution.

Asbestos-containing materials: This includes materials such as asbestos insulation, asbestos siding, and asbestos shingles.
Flammable or combustible materials: This includes materials such as gasoline, diesel fuel, propane tanks, oil-based paints, and solvents
Toxic or corrosive materials: This includes materials such as batteries, acids, pesticides, and chemicals
Electronics or e-waste: This includes items such as computers, televisions, monitors, printers, and other electronic devices
Medical waste: This includes materials such as needles, syringes, and other medical supplies
Tires
Paints and chemicals: This includes oil-based paints, lead-based paints, and other chemicals
Refrigerants: This includes materials such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and other appliances that contain refrigerants
Radioactive materials: This includes materials such as radioactive waste, uranium, and other radioactive substances
Biohazardous materials: This includes materials such as biological waste, medical waste, and other materials contaminated with blood or bodily fluids
15. Customers will assume and be responsible for any fines, violations, or penalties arising from content placed into the dumpster.
16. If any materials not accepted are found in a load after leaving the customer's site, the customer will be billed additionally at $25.00 to $100 per item.
17. Dumpster Rental Solutions is not responsible for any injury sustained while loading or using our dumpster.
18. Agreement to Pay for Services: The Customer shall pay to Dumpster Rental Solutions the service charge and adjustments as set forth in this contract. The rate for the proper disposal of the contents of the dumpster is indicated by the customer signature on the accompanying invoice or use of the dumpster provided. Additional fuel charges may apply, and if so, will be noted on said invoice. Dumpster Rental Solutions may terminate this agreement if Customer fails to pay the service charge or should the credit worthiness of the Customer not be acceptable to Dumpster Rental Solutions. Advanced payment shall be required for all Customers. No dumpster will be provided unless payment is secured.
19. If Customer cancels, whether booked online or over the phone, a cancellation fee of $25 will be applicable. This fee will be deducted from the customer's refund if the rental has been paid in advance. Additionally, if a dumpster rental is canceled on the scheduled delivery day without being rescheduled, a Failed Delivery Fee of $50 will be charged.
20. If Customer is not on site for dumpster delivery and no signature is obtained, the use of this dumpster will be considered agreement to the above Terms and Conditions.
16. If any materials not accepted are found in a load after leaving the customer's site, the customer will be billed additionally at $25.00 to $100 per item.
17. Dumpster Rental Solutions is not responsible for any injury sustained while loading or using our dumpster.
